The story

The three-layer wooden steam box provided an immediate visual hook. I structured the video around its reveal, using steam, movement and close food details to build curiosity before explaining the dining experience.

The format made an unfamiliar menu item easy to understand while giving viewers a specific reason to remember—and save—the restaurant.
